ACTS offers online educational opportunities to meet each student where they are in the learning process. Courses can be completed entirely online from anywhere in the world. Local hybrid intensive courses are occasionally offered, as well as study abroad courses in Egypt, Jerusalem, Greece and Rome. Students who participate in hybrid courses at the Newport Beach facility are responsible to pay for their own travel expenses and are responsible to identifying their own housing. Students who participate in study abroad courses are provided schedule and cost information prior to enrollment.
Each graduate of ACTS will be able to:
Demonstrate a sound knowledge of the Scriptures and the Apostolic Tradition, as evidenced by successful completion of the coursework within the program.
Engage in advanced theological reflection and dialogue.
Present a reasoned defense of one's beliefs that is intellectually and rationally sound.
Apply biblical principles in one’s lifestyle and ministry internship so that one might exhibit godly character, as assessed by the school’s faculty.
Analyze and identify effective methods of discovering biblical truth from the Scriptures in order to produce a disciplined system of lifelong learning skills.
Communicate effectively the gospel through sermons, Bible studies, and/or witnessing in the context of his gifts and calling, whether at home or on the mission field. The code of conduct states the kind of lifestyle expected by trustees, administrators, faculty, and students.

Our program offers both asynchronous and synchronous learning options to accommodate different learning styles and schedules. You can choose to attend classes live (synchronously) and access course materials at your own pace (asynchronously).

Asynchronous classes allow you to access course materials, lectures, assignments, and discussions online at your convenience. You can study and complete assignments within specified deadlines, making it flexible for working professionals or those with other commitments.

Synchronous classes are live online sessions where students and instructors meet virtually. These sessions may include live lectures, discussions, and group activities. The specific schedule for synchronous classes will be provided in advance, allowing you to plan your participation accordingly.

The duration of the program may vary depending on your chosen course load and pace. On average, most students complete the program in two to three years. We offer both full-time and part-time study options to accommodate various schedules.

Admission requirements include a bachelor's degree or its equivalent from an accredited institution, letters of recommendation from spiritual father and/or educational reference, a statement of purpose, and, in some cases, standardized test scores (e.g. TOEFL for international students). No, ACTS is entirely online, and there is no requirement to attend classes on campus. This provides flexibility for students from around the world.

Auditing
Applicants interested in participating in a course for no credit must complete a brief application found on the ACTS admissions page by the application deadline to participate in a course. Auditors must be 18 years or older to audit any regular course, agree to the meeting terms of the course and the cost of auditing (see tuition and fees). Auditors will have access to all content including lectures and curriculum
